The company
Meridia Models is a trading name operated by Bulgaria Education EOOD, a single-member limited liability company incorporated in Bulgaria on 12 May 2021, registered under UIC 206507432 (VAT BG206507432), with its registered office at 66 Saedinenie Street, entrance 1, apartment 15, Shumen 9700, Bulgaria. What we run
The Meridia contest is a season-long search for two new faces — one woman, one man — run across twelve European casting days and decided at a final in Paris on 5 December 2026. Applications open online to adults aged 18 to 26 across the 27 EU countries, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the Western Balkans. Shortlisted candidates are invited to the nearest tour stop for a short walk, digitals and a conversation with the scouts; around thirty finalists are then invited to the Paris final, travel arranged. The contest page sets out the rules, the eligibility and what the jury looks for; the 2026 tour lists every dated stop.
The two winners sign a one-year development contract with Meridia — coaching, test shoots, a professional portfolio, all costs carried by the agency — and are introduced to partner agencies in Paris and Milan.
This is our first edition
The 2026 tour is the first Meridia contest. We have placed no one yet, so we claim no one: there are no ready-made success stories on this site, only what we commit to do. The candidates board fills city by city with people we actually meet, on dates you can check against the route.
It is free, and it stays free
Applying is free. Casting days are free. The final is free, travel included for finalists. Meridia never charges candidates at any stage and never asks for payment, banking details or photographs of a private nature. The only official email addresses end in @meridiamodels.com — if someone contacts you otherwise in our name, do not respond and report it to contact@meridiamodels.com. Applications are stored in the European Union under the GDPR, and we work with adults only.
